Euro aufgestockt werden. Dabei handelt es sich um die verbleibenden Mittel des Gesamtbudgets von rund drei Mrd. Euro, von dem bereits ein Gro\u00dfteil der Mittel zugeteilt worden ist.<br \/>\nRusslands Pr\u00e4sident Wladimir Putin hat angek\u00fcndigt, die Finanzierung russischer Forschungseinrichtungen bis Ende des Jahres deutlich zu erh\u00f6hen. Die Finanzierung l\u00e4uft unter dem F\u00f6rderprogramm f\u00fcr Wissenschaft und Technologie 2014-2020, dessen Gesamtetat bei knapp drei Milliarden EUR liegt. Da ein Gro\u00dfteil der Mittel bereits zugeteilt worden ist, werden die noch verbleibenden 522 Millionen EUR nun um 261 Millionen EUR erh\u00f6ht.<br \/>\nBeg\u00fcnstigt werden sollen vor allem Universit\u00e4ten, insbesondere solche aus einer Liste strategischer Institutionen, unter denen sich unter anderem die Staatliche Universit\u00e4t Moskau und die Staatliche Universit\u00e4t Sankt Petersburg befinden. Die Umsetzung des Plans ist Teil der k\u00fcrzlich von der russischen Regierung angek\u00fcndigten Strategie, die wissenschaftliche Entwicklung von Universit\u00e4ten in den kommenden Jahren zu einer nationalen Priorit\u00e4t zu erheben.<br \/>\nIm Gegensatz zum vorherigen Prozedere erfolgt die Zuweisung von F\u00f6rdermitteln an russische Universit\u00e4ten im Rahmen von Wettbewerben.
